These Terms of Use govern your use of the Course Schedule Maker website and its free browser-based planning tools.

Permitted use

Use the planner to organize your own course information, compare sections, check overlaps, create personal exports, and share schedules with people who should see them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the course details you enter.

No registrar access

Course Schedule Maker does not require or authorize you to provide a student login, registrar password, private calendar token, or other credential. Do not use the site to access systems you are not authorized to access.

Exports and shared links

PNG, PDF print output, and ICS files are generated for your use. An ICS file is a one-time import and does not update automatically. A read-only link can be viewed by anyone who receives it, so do not place confidential information in a shared schedule.

Conflicts and decisions

The tool flags overlapping meetings but does not decide which class you should take, auto-reshuffle your choices, verify degree requirements, or guarantee that a registrar will accept your plan. Confirm registration rules with your institution.

Availability and changes

The site may change, pause, or remove features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular browser behavior, or that exported data will remain compatible with every calendar application.

By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully, protect your own credentials, and review your final schedule with the relevant school or institution.
