Course Schedule Maker guide

Printable Class Schedule

Print a clean class schedule on one landscape Letter or A4 page, or save the same layout as a PDF or PNG.

Print after you check the week

Use the red conflict messages first, then choose Print / PDF. The print view hides editor controls, uses light backgrounds, and fits the timetable to a landscape page.

Letter or A4, depending on where you study

Letter is the familiar choice for US and Canada. A4 is the practical choice for the UK, EU, Australia, and other regions using the international paper standard.

Keep a phone-friendly copy too

PNG is useful for a lock screen or quick reference, while a browser PDF is better for emailing or uploading to a course folder.

Calendar export is separate

The .ics file is a one-time import for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. It is not live sync, so re-export if the class schedule changes.

Print settings that keep the grid readable

Use landscape orientation, light backgrounds, and the correct paper size. Letter fits common US/CA printers; A4 is the better choice for UK/EU/AU paper. Choose fit-to-page if the browser offers it.

Keep the details that matter on paper

Course code, section, time, room, and instructor are more useful than decorative labels. The schedule block keeps the important meeting details compact so the page stays scannable.

Refresh your printed copy after changes

A printed class schedule is a snapshot. If the university changes a room or section, update the browser schedule, check conflicts again, and print a replacement rather than relying on an old copy.
