Course Schedule Maker guide

Free Schedule Maker

A free schedule maker for students: build a week, catch course clashes, export a printable copy, and share a read-only link without signing up.

What is free here

The core builder, weekly and semester views, conflict detection, PNG export, print-to-PDF, .ics export, and read-only sharing work in the browser without an account.

No registrar login and no hidden import

Enter the public course details from your registrar or syllabus. No schedule tool needs your student password, and this one does not pretend to import from a private registrar account.

Your data stays useful after you leave

The working schedule is stored locally in your browser. A share link contains a read-only snapshot; an .ics file is a one-time calendar import, so re-export when a class changes.

Free does not mean automatic

The tool highlights conflicts and keeps your details organized. It does not decide which class to drop, auto-enrol you, or promise live synchronization with another calendar.

No sign-up means the core plan works immediately

You can add classes, detect conflicts, switch views, print, export, and share without creating an account. Optional sign-in is separate from the planning flow and should never be required to test whether a schedule fits.

Local browser storage is the default

The anonymous schedule stays in the browser that created it. Use the read-only link when another person needs to see the plan, and use the export buttons when you need an offline copy or a calendar import.

The free boundary is deliberately clear

This tool does not auto-enrol you, change registrar data, sell a subscription, or silently sync an external calendar. It gives you a transparent planning surface and tells you when your selected meetings overlap.
